This section will rely heavily upon the Ethics book and your individual research.  Specifically, in this section, you are going to write a paper (<= 5 pages not including references), well referenced and cited in IEEE format, that will answer the question hen faced with an unexpected challenge in my life, how will I determine what is right and what is wrong?

Your paper must include discussion of various ethical philosophies (e.g. consequentialism, deontology, utilitarianism, . . .), as well as laws and legal issues specific to our field.  You will need to do some research on this one and your research may include discussions with others.  You will also want to support your thesis with examples (i.e. incidents where professional and/or ethical norms were violated and bad things happened). 

By the way, don’t forget that discussions with family, faculty, mentors, faith leaders, etc., can be a part of this process.
