What Affects Your Food Intake?

There are multiple external factors that personally influence my eating habits. The first one is socially eating. Even after I have dinner with my family and my friends ask me to go get a bite to eat, I say yes just to be part of a group. I like to be involved with my friends socially, so even if it means throwing off my eating schedule or diet I will do so. Another factor that plays a part is how the food looks. I live in a household with a mom who loves to feed people and will make food based off what she knows we like.And it is hard to say no to wanting to eat when it looks so good which throws off my eating. And the third thing that affects my eating habits is eating around the clock. I will get up at whatever time and eat breakfast than at the same time everyday despite eating breakfast I still eat my lunch and dinner at a consistent time with the clock . One biological factor that is overridden is the ventromedial hypothalamus which saids that I am not hungry but I still eat because I`going out with my friends. The next is when I eat around the clock i I have high ghrelim. Finally When I go out to eat with friends I tend to over eat which impacts my weight set point. These external factors have caused problems such as gaining and losing weight, at an unhealthy pace.
One thing that affects my eating habits is my friends and family. Sometimes when I already eat a meal I get pressured by them to go out and eat another meal. Im a big guy so it takes a lot to really fill me up so I`practically always hungry. When I`out with my friends we almost always get food and when I`dieting it gets hard because watching them eat the fast food really makes me hungry. Another thing that affects my eating habits is my cravings. I`not a sweets person but I’m a salty guy. So I love my fast food and it always sounds good to me. By me liking my salty foods that also means the foods aren as healthy which makes my dieting harder. Another factor that affects my eating habits is how something looks. If I`at my friends house and they¥ parents offer me dinner even when I¥ already eaten I, still eat it because it looks really good. The appearance of how good the food looks is a sign of my glucose being high or low. Eating when I`already full is affecting my stretch receptors. When I`tired of my cravings, it can cause me to overeat and affect my weight set point. Some problems I have faced are gaining weight and itàhard for me to lose weight when I have my cravings.
