In normal circumstances, you would be reacting to a scenario that presents itself to you and you would have to navigate the legal implications as a leader. For this course, you have the privilege of choosing and developing a scenario that you would like to focus on for your course project. In Module 1, you considered a topic of interest and now you take it a step further. You create a scenario based on your topic of interest for the purpose of identifying a legal question that can be addressed through the remaining parts of your project.

To prepare:

• Review your Module 1 Assignment: ¥search Topic of Interest.3trong>Submit a 2- to 3-page development of a scenario that identifies a legal problem and explicitly states what the legal question is that arises from the problem.
