Note that you sent it as a stand-alone document. You needed to include it in the proposal document. I have included what you wrote in the document here attached. I also started with the theoretical framework section. Remember to write it in the document here attach. Your theoretical framework is based on the attached article (Koenig, 2012). See page 8 of that article for the conceptual framework he developed. He explains it in this article. You just need to summarize it in a couple of paragraphs.  Remember to use the quantitative checklist as a guide.
