3. Which restructuring strategy would you recommend to management and why?
4. Explain how the succession planning process, if implemented, could contribute to the positive changes the company is about to embark on? Provide specific examples from the two divisions.
5. Which business and human resource metrics would you choose to employ to evaluate the results of organizational change at Family Medical Group?
