Ensure you attach a references page and use APA referencing for any materials (paraphrased – put in your own words and for direct quotes). 4. Explain how the succession planning process, if implemented, could contribute to the positive changes the company is about to embark on? Provide specific examples from the two divisions.

5. Which business and human resource metrics would you choose to employ to evaluate the results of organizational change at Family Medical Group?
