For this assignment, I would like you to watch the highly popular Ted Talk by Daniel Pink (The puzzle of motivation, which has been viewed more than 20 million times). In this influential talk, which is approximately 19 minutes long, Daniel Pink lays out an evidence-based case against incentives in organizations; making the claim that there is a mismatch between èat science knows and what business does I would like you to watch his talk and briefly answer the questions listed below. We will discuss his video in class, likely at the end of our discussion of motivation.
