Your proposal should include:

(2) Target audience for your communication campaign. Why did you select this audience?

(3) Risk factors that need to be understood by target audience

(4) Technical scientific factors that need to be understood by target audience

(5) Potential communication outcomes, for example:

• Increase knowledge about XXXX
• Understand risk of XXXX in XXXX context
• Adopt a more favorable/unfavorable attitude about XXXX
• Adopt or discontinue XXXXX behavior
