Part 2:Revisit the problem you identified in your chosen organization. What are the organization’s characteristics (is the organization in the public sector)? Using the tools, theories, and lessons that you learned in this course; 1) identify what you believe is the root of the problem (ex. using goals to performance models, was there a breakdown in achieving mission? Are there behaviors that can be construed as unethical? Are there concerns about the underlying culture of the organization? Are there problems with leadership style/powers? etc.). 2)What management change plan strategy could be implemented to address and resolve the problem (include plan details such as training)? 3)How could your organization sustain the change you implement?
