Media/Popular Culture Case Analysis. You will select a current issue covered in the news or a popular culture example pertaining to an intercultural communication issue. As you consider your case, you will demonstrate how at least one course concept of your choice applies to this example. Questions to consider: How is the case connected to an intercultural communication concept? Can you provide specific smaller examples to illustrate sub-ideas within the concept? How does the case make you think about the concept in new or different ways? This is a research assignment and you will need 2 academic sources to supplement our course readings. Said plainly, you need 2 academic sources in addition to our readings and textbook.
