In this discussion, students will explore effective business communication strategies.  Students will share five business communication skills and ideas for the slide presentation assignment.

Directions

This discussion is designed to assist students in the preparation of the Planning, Designing, and Creating Presentation Slides assignment while sharing key content lessons from the course.   For the Planning, Designing, and Creating Presentation Slides assignment you will identify five business communication skills that you have learned for the first time or developed during this course so far.  For this discussion, please share the five business communication skills you plan to base your presentation on and describe how each skill could help you in your career.  Do not post your presentation slides.  Use this activity to brainstorm and share ideas with your classmates. 

A minimum of two response posts to your classmates is required.  Response posts for this discussion should address the skills identified and share ideas.   Responses to your classmates should demonstrate an understanding of course content up to this point. Each response post should include a minimum of 100 words. Each post must demonstrate proper grammar, spelling, word usage, and effective communication practices.
