This week you will create a PowerPoint presentation and review 2 students0resentations. You will complete this assignment in 2 parts:
the posting of a thread that addresses the topic presented, and
the posting of 2 replies to classmates4hread.
When addressing the topic presented this week,, you must include a minimum of 3 scholarly sources in addition to the course textbooks. Your PowerPoint presentation should be between 8 to 10 slides and use APA format. In each of your replies, you must include 2 scholarly source in addition to the course textbooks. Your 2 replies should be at least 250 words each and use APA format.
Topic Presented: Describe the advantages and disadvantages of union membership. Then share why you would or would not join a union. Your presentation should be interesting and include graphics.
Please cite your sources in the paper. Use APA style.
At least 80% of your paper must be original content/writing.
No more than 20% of your content/information may come from references.

Cite all reference material (data, dates, graphs, quotes, paraphrased statements, information, etc.) in the paper and list each source on a reference page using APA style.
Leading in Diversity
Leaders are challenged to lead in diverse cultures. In a 2-3 page paper, develop a strategic plan for how you would lead in a culturally sensitive and intelligent manner. Compare and contrast your plan with a current leader in your organization or one regarded nationally.
Recession and Bargaining Power
How does an economic recession affect managementàbargaining power? How is a unionàpower affected? Conduct research and discover three historical examples of recessions affecting bargaining power. Which party is most negatively affected by a recession? Support your opinion with outside references.
