1. Introduction of person (age, occupation, gender, personality characteristics, etc.). Do not reveal the name of the person to protect confidentiality. You can give the person a pseudonym. It can be a friend, a relative, an acquaintance, or yourself. What is important is that you know the person well. (Half a page)

2. What is the present state of well-being of this person? You can use the I COPPE framework and/or the framework in the CTW book (positive relationships, autonomy, competence, mindfulness, and meaning) to describe the personàstate of well-being (1 page)

3. Where does the well-being of this person derive from? Include the role of mattering and fairness in the well-being of the particular individual (1 page)

4. How to promote well-being of this person. Include BET I CAN strategies or other skills learned in the CTW book. (1 page)

5. Integration and conclusion (half a page)
