What is one act of public participation in which those who listen to your interpretive talk could engage in order to steward and advocate for your public land field site and/or help prevent or correct an environmental problem there that you address in the talk? To answer this question, do some research and/or think creatively to find a way that the public could help inform policy, participate in decision-making regarding your field site, or volunteer in a way that helps prevent or correct an environmental problem addressed in your talk. Your response should be 300-350 words and include specific action steps that listeners could take, how they can take those steps, to whom any recommended advocacy should be addressed and why, and how their actions will benefit the public land featured in your talk.
