You will pick one of the following cases and write a paper.  

The outline of your paper should include. 

• An overview 4o 1 page of introduction of what is happening currently with the case.
• A one paragraph problem statement
• Literature review 7 to 10 pages of theories, models, and concepts that should describe with references in APA format. Many of these theories and concepts can come from your course text or from university on-line library from articles that you get using the following search terms from the course texts. You will use these theories, models, concepts, and ideas in APA format to outline and explain.
• The current state of the organization, the implications, or consequences of not fixing these issues, how this situation harms the organization (high turnover, lawsuits, workplace conflict, low employee morale)
• How this situation can affect employees (Employee disengagement, workplace anxiety, job dissatisfaction)
• What is needed to change organizations current state (Policies, training, senior leadership support)
• Your plan to address each issue (Step by step as a consultant what would you do to fix this issue)
