TTU Pre Black Death and Post Black Death Eras Discussion

I’m working on a history multi-part question and need an explanation and answer to help me learn.

Please if you have the book Worlds Together, Worlds Apart: Vol. I 3rd. edition. After reading Chapter 10, answer the following question:

1. People today use the term “globalization” to describe the high level of global interaction, transaction, and communication that we experience in the contemporary era. Some historians argue that globalization is not a late 20th/early 21st-century occurrence though, and suggest that globalization started many hundreds of years ago. Based on what you read in this chapter, what are some signs that show that increased interaction on a regional and global scale was becoming more common?

Provide at least 2 examples from Chapter 10 that serve as evidence of an earlier phase of globalization (these don’t have to be direct quotes but should connect directly with the material in the chapter). I expect to see a thoughtful paragraph-long response (at least 5-6 sentences).

After reading Chapter 11, answer the following questions:

1. What are some of the differences and similarities between the pre- Black Death and post- Black Death eras? (5-6 sentences)
2. What were some of the trends in global trade and expansion in Europe and China? 5-6 sentences)
