Overall, nutrition labels are misleading, and people need to be cautious when interpreting them.
I feel like this issues need to be addressed and we need more transparency. It’s important to be aware of the ingredients that may not be listed if they are present in small amounts and to carefully read ingredient labels to understand what is actually in your food.
