Paragraph One: Introduction

Use 4-5 sentences to explain the reason for interviewing a senior and the topics you will be writing about in this paper. Suggestion: read the questions below and incorporate some of the questions as the topics you will be addressing. N

Paragraph Two: Address questions 1-3 below:

1. Select two healthy lifestyle habits/choices that the senior you interviewed practiced and incorporated throughout their life and state what those healthy lifestyle choices were. Refer to questions 2 13 and 19 22 from the interview to answer this question. 

2. Explain why you think each of the two healthy lifestyle habits/choices they practiced were healthy choices.  

3. Select one of the positive healthy lifestyle habits/choices they practiced and utilize research and evidence to support your thoughts regarding why this habit/choice is a healthy one to incorporate into oneàlife. Use 5 6 detailed sentences to answer this question. Be sure to state your source(s) in the body of the paper in APA style for this question and on the reference page too.

4. After considering the most stressful situations/events that occurred in their life, describe how they coped with two of the stressful situations/events. 

5. Select one of the coping choices the senior utilized. State if you think that method was a healthy and positive methodò was it a negative and unhealthy method to deal with the stressful event/situation? Now support your thoughts by utilizing research and evidenceregarding why this coping choice was a healthy and positive method or a negative and unhealthy method to deal with the stressful event/situation. Use 5 6 detailed sentences to answer this question. Be sure to state your source(s) in the body of the paper in APA style for this question and on the reference page too. 

6. Select one of the stressful situations/ events from the senioràinterview and describe howyou think this stressful situation/event could have possibly been influenced in a negative manner, by any of the following:  their age at that time, their ethnicity, or gender.

7. Has the senior you interviewed experienced discrimination and if yes, explain in detail how they were discriminated against? 

NOTE: If their answer was no, then answer this question: Did they think other people of the same background and ethnicity as themselves could have been discriminated against and explain how they could have been discriminated against? 

8. Has the senior you interviewed been stereotyped because of their age, ethnicity or gender at any point in their life? 

NOTE: If no, explain how people of their age, ethnicity, and gender could have beenstereotyped. 

9. Select ONE of the following different groups of seniors: senior males compared to senior females, senior Caucasians and senior Hispanics, senior Blacks and senior Hispanics or poor seniors compared to wealthy seniors. Answer the following 3 questions below based on the group you selected:

State what group of seniors you selected and why you selected this group. 

Now select one of the following choices that you are going to analyze regarding the above group of seniors: their racial, cultural, or socioeconomic differences.  State what you have selected to analyze.
