The next step in the Roberts-Degennaro model of case management is monitoring the services you are providing and possibly connecting the client with (Frankel et al., 2019, p.13). Assume you are now in the four-week follow-up after initial contracting with your client. Based on your knowledge of the clientàrisk and protective factors, services provided, and your agencyàefficiency, what progress has the client made on your contracted case plan?  

For this assignment, resubmit your contract from last assignment and simply add in bold a short paragraph underneath each goal/consequence that answers the following:

Is the client making progress on the established goal? Why or why not? Can you quantify the progress based on your goalàparameters? What adjustments will you make to promote success? Remember to use your consequences if needed.
