In your reading of the chapter, what is/are 1-2 things you learned that you found interesting about the Judiciary? What are 1-2 things you found challenging or difficult to understand?  Referencing the textbook, what are judicial activism and judicial restraint? If you were a Supreme Court Justice, which would you lean towards to how you would decide cases e.g. would you be more of an activist or restraintist? Why? Give an example of an issue (your choice, but examples include abortion, gun control, capital punishment, marijuana, Obamacare, so many more to choose from) and how you would decide a case on that issue based on an activist or restraintist perspective.
