Question Description
I’m working on a python project and need support to help me learn.
You need download the COVID-19 genomes and its protein sequences. Do mutation analysis, protein phylogenetic analysis and review other properties. You can review them by using bioinformatics tools we introduced (but not limited to). You can also review any protein family you are interested in or other bioinformatics computational topics.
Download SARS virus data from ncbi. Perform sequence analysis and phylogenetic analysis using any algorithm of your chance. Use python for coding and Pycharm to compile the code and show the results. Please refer to the attached documents to check out diferrent algorithms to perform the required tasks.
