Topic : GENERALIZED ANXIETY DISORDER 

Your goal is to find research journal articles that address multiple facets of the disorder such as means of diagnosing, treatment options, prognosis, developmental factors to consider, environmental factors to consider, cultural considerations, and ethical considerations. This is not necessarily a literature review, as it does not have a hypothesis. However, the information presented must flow and make sense as a literature review would. This research paper will NOT include or follow the format of a research journal such as having a methods, results, discussion, etc. section. This is a research paper in which you gather and then present the information, similar to a literature review. However, as stated, no hypothesis is being made.

This paper is to be typewritten and double spaced with the appropriate 1-argins. The paper must be written in APA format . Grammar, punctuation, and spelling are important. Just like any other research paper, your paper must be organized, clear, and easy to read.

The final paper and corresponding oral presentation, (a three-minute presentation with visual aid), are due on the day of your assigned class presentation. In your oral presentation you will just summarize the findings presented in your research paper. The visual aid can include pictures, bullet points, or a small video clip of about 30-seconds or less.

The paper must be received on the date due electronically or it will be subject to penalty.
