• Organization Analysis will be evaluated on the following: The degree to which all elements are incorporated into the project; the evidence of preparation and effort exhibited; the relevance of the material to those in the community and the agency; professionalism demonstrated during the presentation; organization and clarity of presentation. Students must develop a PowerPoint presentation to facilitate the presentation and discussion of the organization being analyzed. The PP submission must include a voice overlay.

If you don’t have Windows 10, I recommend downloading Active Presenter from the internet…it’s free. There are multiple tutorials on YouTube on how to use this and other applications.

Part 2: 

You can upload your reaction paper as one doc, your thank you letter as another, and your acceptance/decline letter as another file. You can also make it easy and upload them all as one document. 

Each student will be required to visit/interview with practicum sites as part of selecting a proper placement. It is strongly encouraged that students visit multiple agencies because finding the right placement is vital for timely completion and a pleasant experience. Once students have visited the potential agencies, each student is to write a brief ¥action0aper about their experience during the interview and their feelings about completing a placement with that specific agency. This should be completed for all interviews/agencies visited. 

The paper should include the following components: a brief description of the agencyàpurpose and mission, programs, and client eligibility standards, and what will your role be within the agency.
