NSU Different Issues Limiting Patient Satisfaction Discussion

You are a manger of an outpatient therapy center (e.g. physical therapy, occupational therapy etc.). As you review the social media ratings regarding your facility, you see that you rating average is about 3.5 on the 5-point scale. Discuss the measures that you would take to identify the reason(s) for this rating.

Make sure to include the following:

• the classmates had to describe, in detail, two measures that you would take to identify the reason for these ratings
