Your Reflection paper should include your thoughts, opinions, insights on the media types for Appeals. This should include the assigned medias, can include your own life experiences (For example, what you may have thought/heard, how the media(s) types portrayed, and/or the reality of it from lecture/class discussions), if you have any, and anything from the text/lecture. If there are questions posed in the medias assigned, you should consider & respond to them too. To the extent there is conflicting/opposing materials, you should address them as well.
Compare and contrast the Appeals arguments and the SJC arguments (taking into consideration the Appeals ones are during COVID). Pay attention to the lawyers – each side, who’s argument is better? Why? Are the arguments different from Appeals Court to SJC? If yes, why? What are your thoughts on the separate courts? How do these types of arguments differ from some of the other clips/movies you have reviewed? What are your thoughts on the way these Appellate arguments are conducted? Are they fair? Do they favor one side over the other?
Papers should be not longer than 3 pages, 1.5-double spaced, normal margins.
