Monmouth University Two Poems Discussion

(wo)man vs. nature story into poetic verse.

*you will write no less than 2 stanzas of (8 lines each).
*This needs to appear like The Epic of Gilgamesh.

You’ll need to imitate the style and how things are structured on the page.
Look how dialogue is handled.
Look how indentation works, and punctuation.
Just because it’s poetry, doesn’t mean there are incomplete sentences.
Write in the third person (use a character).
You can go beyond your actual “true” story and make it a bit more “epic” if you’d like.
