- Watch the You Tube video provided under Module 3 and respond to the following questions: Using your text as a reference, what is true motivation and how does it affect emotion? After watching the video, analyze what motivated you in your life to pursue your highest priorities. Is there one defining motivator or many? (Chapter 10)
Do you feel that fear is an unpleasant emotion? Knowing that most people feel fear as an unpleasant emotion, how can fear be seen in a positive manner? Use a comparison of the James-Lange and Cannon-Bard theories in your response. (Chapter 10)
