• Write a two to three (2-3) page paper in which you:
• Construct a fish-bone chart using Word or MS Paint.
• Construct a run and / or control chart using Excel.
• Recommend to the ambulatory health service on how it can improve the services it offers in its walk-in urgent care clinic, based on your analysis.
• Provide a rationale for your recommendation.
• DO NOT JUST GIVE ME DIAGRAMS ALONE – BUT EXPLAIN THEM AND PROVIDE SOME INSIGHTS ON THEM – ESPECIALLY AS TO WHAT INFORMATION THEY PROVIDE.

Now here are some helpful hints, tips and tricks for your paper:

• Give your paper a structure – that is, divide it into sections and give each section a title – (e.g., Introduction, Forecasting Methods, Analysis, Conclusion, etc.). DO NOT JUST WRITE A TWO-PAGE PAPER OR THREE-PAGE WITH NO SECTION HEADINGS.
• Read the assignment several times to see what you are being asked to do. If you have doubts, reach out to me.
• Make certain that you read the questions that you are asked to answer carefully – and read them several times.
• Do NOT give me 1.5 page paper. You can give me 4 pages or 5 pages (or even longer) if you want. A short paper will simply not cover all of the issues to the depth needed. In the first paper, I had several students who barely gave me 2 pages. That does not work – the paper is too superficial.
• Give me substance in your paper. I want depth and not superficiality.
• The cover page and the page that has your references on it DOES NOT COUNT to your page total.
