I’m working on a writing discussion question and need the explanation and answer to help me learn.
Howdy folks, since we’re closing in on the end of the novel, I think now is a good time to dig into the core triad of the tale: Kathy, Ruth, and Tommy. So here’s what I’d like each of you to do: pick one of these characters to focus on and develop a close reading of who they are and what makes them tick. These chapters span a fair amount of time and we see the triad go through numerous changes and I’d like your help in unpacking why your chosen character changed the way they did. For example:
Why do you think Kathy has remained a carer for so long?
