1) Review the PPT on “Historical and Contemporary Change Leaders: Africa and Asia” before completing this Discussion. The focus of this Discussion is to apply a Force-Field Analysis to Nelson Mandela OR Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf (their biographies are provided in the PPT) and then compare the results to your own experience of social or cultural change (from your answer in Module 3: Discussion A).

    • How do the results of the Force-Field Analysis for this particular change explain what happened with the change?
  • NOW…thinking back to your personal experience of social or cultural change (which you discussed in Module 3: Discussion A), please answer the following questions:
