• Develop a plan to address gaps in your qualifications to improve your chances of success.
• Write a forward-looking resume as if you met the requirements posted for your dream job.
• For this assignment, you will submit three documents:
• The position description that represents your career goals and dream job.

1. The second column maps your qualifications to the job requirements.
2. The third column flags gaps between the job requirements and your qualifications.

The fourth columns lists strategies and action items to develop your qualifications and eliminate the gaps.
