Conduct an interview with a person within your network and create a report. Ensure the interview is based on your Problem Statement “In technology-based organizations, American minorities are limited. What are the factors attributed to this?”

Some of the things to consider during your interview: 

Reach out to someone (On Social Media that has nothing to do with you or your organization). Tell them why you want to talk to them
Interview Protocols in conducting a study
Think about what you are trying to get from there (Don write a question like a lawyer) – You want them to give you their information.
Don ask leading questions.
Don ask Yes or No Questions.
Have open-ended questions
