I need help writing commentary (The form and the materials in the details box)

Dear tutor , I will attach the form that you will use. Please write on the same form. To answer each prompt, you will need to have a deep look on the three lessons that I designed and taught. I will attach the three lessons and all the materials that I used. The answer of each prompt should be between [ ]. because prompt #2 require knowledge of students to inform teaching, I answered a and b for you. the limit of writing for all Task 1 : planning Commentary should not exceed 9 pages including the prompts.
