HUM 2020 Florida State College at Jacksonville The Lost Executioner Book Review Paper
Question Description
Book Review (20 points): During the term, you will be required to write a book review of not less than 2,000 words in MLA. In the book review, you are required to provide a description and an evaluation of an autobiographical account of your choice that we have NOT discussed in class and which addresses the rule of the Khmer Rouge and its aftermath. There are many sources, such as http://www.mekong.net/cambodia/reading.htm (Links to an external site.), available that list memoirs and autobiographies you might want to select. I am always interested in seeing how creative you can get. The book review should focus on the book’s purpose, contents, and authority.
The book review is due on December 9, 2020, at 11:59 PM. Please submit it via the Digital Dropbox in your course shell and email me a backup copy. You will find a section in your Canvas course shell that provides you with detailed information on this assignment including a sample. Please go to the Blackboard Shell for this course and post your essay under Book Review Posts.
