Deliverables for the project needed are: 

1. Develop a survey identifying crisis’s related to Veteran homelessness.  This survey would be given to those homeless veterans that are seeking help.  Needs to be 8-10 questions in length, prefer a multiple choice format as well as opportunity for them to offer some explanation when appropriate.

2.  Second deliverable is an interview tool that one can use to interview veterans from culturally diverse backgrounds to identify what they feel is most needed long term and how they see cultural and diverse challenges in their local communities.  Needs to be 5-7 questions in length? Open ended questions that allow for fluid and meaningful conversation. 

3.  Utilize data research to develop a plan of what may be done to improve processes and help provide homeless services for local veteran population (2 pages, minimum 3 peer reviewed sources). Include statistical data on the homeless veteran population in the area as compared to that of US.

4.  Create a 10-12 slide evidence based PowerPoint on Veteran homelessness.  Offering statistical data, proposed changes needed to best serve the population, and why the problem exists.  Utilize graphics and minimal slide text, and use speaker notes section to give more information.  Requires use of minimum of 5-7 peer reviewed references. 

5.  Create an educative brochure on long-term planning to break the cycle of veteran homelessness and how other veterans and communiteis have achieved success.  Utilize a Microsoft work brochure template for this one.  Include graphics.  If you do not have template let me know and I can send one. 

6.  Create a simple (1 page) evaluation tool so that audience can evaluate the PowerPoint and information contained in the education brochure.
