A data report focuses on exploring trends in a data set. It needs to develop an distinct question. For this assignment you are expected to look at three different data packages online.

These three data packages should be downloaded and read in using individual R scripts. The data should be cleaned and merged into a single comprehensive data product. All code should be removed from the final html report using the chunk option “echo = FALSE” to create a single document that someone unfamiliar with coding could read and interoperate. This report should be focused on the narrative, not the code.

You are encouraged to draw background from the abstracts and any associated publication but your words should be your own and you should cite the sources.

Your graphics should have a results section that restates what the graphics show (ie We see in graph X that A increases with depth.). Your discussion section should place this trend in a broader scientific context (ie The increase in A with depth could be due to reasons Z and Y.).
