Q1: Give an example of a change process and a strategy for change within that process which you could use with a client who is in the contemplation stage of change and needs to move to the planning stage.
My example is about a patient wants to quit smoking in his contemplation stage, patient decide to quit smoking by changing some bad hobbits comes with smoking such a drinking, going out with friends, and prevent any reason to be in stress so that will help him/her also patients
