Your hotel chain is looking to make a leap toward being more cost-efficient and sustainable. As part of this initiative, your regional manager has asked you to gather data from two other organizations in the hospitality and tourism industry that have implemented environmentally responsible programs.
Choose two organizations that prioritize cost-efficiency and sustainability, and compare and contrast how the organizations sustainability programs are functioning. Assess the organizations fresh water usage and wastewater management. Finally, analyze how sustainability is cost-efficient for the organizations, and explain how sustainability has established best practices for the two organizations.
Your essay should be at least two pages in length, not including your title page and reference page. You are required to have at least two outside resources, one of which can be your textbook. Your paper should be formatted using APA style.
