Prepare an academic paper.  The paper should address this question, /w would you, as a supervisor create a workplace environment that allowed and fostered productive creativity. Use the information you have learned in class to support your narrative.  You can address your current workplace, but do not simply complain about things there. Rather if you could change the way things are currently done.  At a minimum the paper should address how performance will be evaluated, how conflicts get resolved, how the team arrives at goals and how you can make the morale of the unit high.
