Before beginning this exercise, read the lecture, read Chapter 3 in the text, and review Chapters 1 and 2 in the BABOK® guide located in the Week 1 – Resources page. Using Figure 3.7 on page 45 in the Robertson and Robertson text as a guide, identify the principal stakeholders in the Business Scenario for Cool Widgets, Inc., and describe what their roles are in the BP. Be sure you have captured the all the primary stakeholders in the BP. Identify the elements of a business problem, then examine the relationship of the BP to the stakeholders you have identified. Your initial post should be a minimum of 200 words.

Before beginning this exercise, review the lecture, and read Chapters 1, 3, and 4 in the text. Evaluate the Business Scenario for Cool Widgets, Inc. (CWI) document.

Identify and explain the primary business issues described in the CWI scenario. Based on your evaluation, explain the business problem that CWI faces. Then using the concept of work as described in your Robertson and Robertson (2015) text, explain the impact the business problem has on the business, users, and other stakeholders. Explain the primary needs a solution must meet in this scenario and what it must accomplish for the business. Include a context diagram depicting the scope of work you have identified from the scenario (see Figure 4.2 in the text for an example).

• Explain the impact the business problem has on the business, users, and other stakeholders.
• Explain the primary needs a solution must meet and accomplish in the CWI scenario.
