As part of this analysis, you will: a) briefly describe the organization, its mission and purpose and a short history; b) using the conceptual models presented in each section in Bolman & Deal (2013) you will provide an analysis of the organization with a rationale of the concepts that apply and those that do not; and c) you will provide a reframing action plan, that is, a vision of how change could occur as a result of applying the conceptual framework.
