We need a Business Case framework and content to support what we need in our speech. Our project is about pet bathing, and our specialty is to provide door-to-door service. In particular, bathing pets in familiar surroundings can reduce their risk of stress reactions. This is an excellent option for pet owners as they don’t need to spend time picking up and dropping off their pets. For pet health, in relatively isolated spaces, pets will not be transmitted infectious diseases or skin diseases to each other. We don’t need to include rent as part of our costs because we are mobile and the car is our primary means of transportation. We also clean the space after baths and pet trims (vacuums can be counted as part of the budget). We plan to launch this service in China first because the demand for pets in China is constantly increasing (you can cite some literature to introduce this background or search more literature to make our plan more convincing).
