Adopting a NOLA Neighborhood in a Historic District
Below is an overview of the New Orleans, LA (NOLA) neighborhood that will be adopted to visit and
evaluate features of the Historic District. This assignment will be used to build the foundation for the
course final project )storic District Neighborhood Profile.he Historic District Landmarks Condition (HDLC) Map includes neighborhoods in the Mid-City Historic
District and the Parkview Historic District that will be adopted this semester. These neighborhoods were
selected due to walking distance to my residence. Below are the official city-designated names, city
planning URL/website and map of the adopted HDLC neighborhoods. The following link includes an

Conclusion
This report identified neighborhoods within Historic Districts that are being considered for study this
semester. After review and approval by Dr. T, additional research and a photo field survey will be
conducted as part of research for the final Historic District Profile Report.
