Prepare an outline that identifies:

• The (7) main ideas that will be discussed in the project

Submit your outline for grading. This is a required component of the Portfolio Project assignment, due this week. Feedback from your instructor will be valuable in structuring your final project.

Option #2: Innovation, Technology, and Change Management

Innovation and technology are playing a large role in how healthcare and public health management are delivered. For this assignment, conduct research on a healthcare organization and report on the following:

• Explain some of the technology that can be used to conduct diverse research in the healthcare and public health management fields.
• Identify change management techniques and technology tools that can be leveraged to facilitate change.
• Explain some of the techniques that can be used to create a culture of innovation.
• Explain how innovation impacts public health management and, specifically, how it can be used to align leaders in the field.
• Identify a current innovation that has a positive impact on public health management. Be sure to report on the benefits and challenges on each topic.

You can either write a paper for this project or create a PowerPoint presentation to work through each required section. See the details for both the paper and the presentation below. Remember, you need to only do one.
